We offer a range of residential settings so each individual can find the level of support that fits their abilities and goals.

Group Home

Shared living in a home-like setting with peers and 24-hour trained staff. Residents enjoy private or semi-private rooms, shared common spaces, and a structured community environment that fosters friendship and belonging.

Supported Living

For individuals who want their own apartment or home with flexible staff support. We help with daily tasks, community navigation, and skill-building while respecting each person's independence and personal choices.

Host Home / Family Model

An individual lives with a trained host family in a warm, integrated setting. Ideal for those who thrive in a family environment. Host families provide daily support, companionship, and community access.

A Typical Day for Our Residents

Every day looks a little different — and that's by design. We build schedules around each person's preferences, goals, and natural rhythms.

Morning
Rise & Personal RoutineWake-up support, hygiene, dressing, and a healthy breakfast prepared with staff assistance.
Mid-Morning
Day Programs or In-Home ActivitiesResidents attend day services, vocational programs, or engage in in-home skill-building activities.
Afternoon

Eligibility & How to Get Started

Our residential services are available to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Kansas who are enrolled in a Medicaid Home and Community Based Services waiver.

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability
  • Enrolled in the KS HCBS IDD waiver or supports waiver
  • Determined to need residential support services
  • Willing to participate in person-centered planning
