Where You Belong
Safe, supportive homes where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can live with dignity, build independence, and truly thrive.
A Place to Call Home
At New Horizon Services, we believe everyone deserves a place they can truly call home. Our residential programs provide 24-hour support in comfortable, community-integrated settings designed around each person's unique needs and goals.
Whether an individual needs intensive daily support or simply a safe and stable environment with minimal assistance, we have a residential option that fits. Our trained staff are with residents every step of the way — helping with daily living skills, personal care, community participation, and so much more.
Living Options
We offer a range of residential settings so each individual can find the level of support that fits their abilities and goals.
Shared living in a home-like setting with peers and 24-hour trained staff. Residents enjoy private or semi-private rooms, shared common spaces, and a structured community environment that fosters friendship and belonging.
For individuals who want their own apartment or home with flexible staff support. We help with daily tasks, community navigation, and skill-building while respecting each person's independence and personal choices.
An individual lives with a trained host family in a warm, integrated setting. Ideal for those who thrive in a family environment. Host families provide daily support, companionship, and community access.
