Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience required — we'll train you.
Coordinate services, develop Individual Support Plans, and advocate for individuals with IDD. Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
Lead a team of DSPs within a residential or day services program. Responsible for scheduling, training, compliance, and quality of care.
Assist with structured programming in our day services center. Help lead activities and support skill-building for program participants.
