No experience is required for Direct Support Professional positions. We provide thorough paid training. A passion for helping people is the most important qualification.
Yes. We offer full-time, part-time, weekend, and overnight shifts. Many staff build schedules that work around school, family, or second jobs.
Depending on your role, paid training may include CPR/First Aid, medication administration, abuse/neglect reporting, crisis prevention, and Positive Behavioral Supports.
Absolutely. Many of our supervisors and case managers started as DSPs. We actively promote from within and support staff who want to grow their careers.
